Hello, I am Mrs. Fraire I grew up here in the Fort Worth area graduated from FWISD. I have over 18 years’ experience in customer service. I have been married for 15 years and have 3 handsome boys who we love very much! In my spare time I enjoy gardening, cooking and spending as much time with my family. I come to work every day with amazing coworkers, students, and parents. I love being part of The West Handley team.

My name is Elva Xiomara Flores. I am proud to be the mother of two remarkable young individuals, Liam and Jensine, who serve as my primary motivation.
I pursued a degree in Public Relations and Communications at a university in my native country of El Salvador before emigrating a few years ago. As an immigrant, I have navigated the challenges of establishing myself in a new land while remaining steadfast in my pursuit of dreams. I have embraced the language and culture of this country, which has provided me with invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Throughout this exciting journey, I have been fortunate to become a part of the FWISD team, where I find great joy in collaborating with and supporting the educational community of West Handley.
I am deeply passionate about my work, as I firmly believe in the transformative power of kindness. The knowledge that our compassionate words can positively impact families inspires me to continuously strive for self-improvement and to become the best version of myself.
